More than a subdivision!

Valewood Estates is a collection of homes in beautiful Harford County Maryland. Located just outside the town of Bel Air the area consists of 174 single family homes. Construction began in 1987 and was completed in 1992. Currently the schools serving the neighborhood are; Red Pump Elementary, Fallston Middle and Fallston High School. Reminders and Events

** A special assessment of $90.00 per home will be implemented to cover compliance repairs to the stormwater management area shared with Brentwood Park. **

* Effective January 2025, our property manager (MRA) will no longer send semi-annual statements. A one time coupon book will be sent with two coupons for the January and July payments.

* Our property manager (MRA) has introduced a new portal where you can review your HOA account status. The introduction to the portal was announced in a letter send to each homeowner via US mail.

* Please drive slowly and come to a complete stop at all stop signs. 

* On windy days please do not put out unsecured trash or recycling until the morning of pick up.
